Terms of Use

Using TydeRx

These Terms & Conditions address use of the TydeRx website and available platform features. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Particular clinical services, patient portals, pharmacy services, and other offerings may have additional terms that you must review separately. A launch signup requests updates; it does not enroll you in treatment, reserve medication, or establish a clinician–patient relationship.

Eligibility and Clinical Decisions

Services depend on your location, age, health history, the availability of licensed clinicians, and the requirements of the specific program. Availability in every state is not guaranteed. Give complete and accurate information about your identity, location, symptoms, conditions, medications, and allergies. A licensed clinician decides whether an assessment, prescription, or treatment is appropriate. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee approval, a prescription, a particular medication, or a particular outcome. Do not conceal information to obtain treatment.

Medical Information and Emergencies

Website content is general information and does not replace an individual clinical assessment. Discuss questions, risks, side effects, and alternatives with your treating clinician. Follow the instructions provided with any prescribed treatment and seek appropriate follow-up. TydeRx’s website and marketing channels are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency treatment. Do not delay urgent treatment while waiting for a website response.

Prescription and Medication Information

Depending on the program and clinical decision, treatment options may involve an FDA-approved medication or a compounded formulation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A compounded formulation should not be represented as an FDA-approved generic or assumed to be equivalent to a branded product. Your clinician should explain the proposed treatment and obtain any required consent. Brand names identify their respective products and do not establish an endorsement of TydeRx.

Pharmacies, Fulfillment, and Service Changes

After a telehealth consultation and prescription approval, compounded medication will be shipped within 48 business hours. Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed. Prescribing and dispensing remain subject to clinical review, applicable law, pharmacy availability, and location restrictions. Follow the dispensing pharmacy’s instructions for storage and use. Contact support@tyderx.co promptly about an incorrect, damaged, or delayed shipment.

Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

Subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law, refunds are available in two situations: a clinician determines at the initial consultation that you are medically ineligible for treatment, or TydeRx makes a processing error such as an incorrect or duplicate charge. Medical-disqualification refunds do not apply when relevant health information was knowingly withheld or misrepresented in the initial questionnaire. Prescription medication orders become non-refundable once the initial medical intake has been submitted. Supplement orders become non-refundable once payment has been made. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund charges that have already been processed. Submit any eligible refund request in writing to support@tyderx.co within 28 days of the original payment. Requests submitted after that period or through other channels are not eligible under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy, Accounts, and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling. Clinical and pharmacy systems may provide additional privacy notices and consent forms. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized use. Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority. Marketing email preferences can be changed through the unsubscribe link in an email. Any marketing text program requires its own applicable consent and disclosures; purchasing a service or joining the launch email list does not itself provide marketing text consent.

Responsible Use and Website Content

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, or misuse information obtained through the service. Website text, branding, images, and software may be protected by intellectual property law. Permission to view the website does not grant ownership or permission to reuse protected material commercially. Links to external websites do not make their content or services part of TydeRx’s website terms.

Availability, Updates, and Contact

Website functions may be interrupted or changed, and information may need correction. No particular treatment result is guaranteed. Any limitations on warranties, liability, or available remedies are subject to applicable law; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Different clinical providers or other services may have their own dispute terms. We may update these website terms and provide additional notice where required. For questions about these terms or a requested service, contact support@tyderx.co.
